Class action lawsuit

The Class Action lawsuit is a standard form of litigation in which a large group of people collectively sue another party when they feel they have been wronged by them or that a large problem has been exposed. It is typically used as an alternative to a class action lawsuit when the number of people involved is too large for one court proceeding.
